Interview Process

The first round of interview at Protective is a 20 – 30 minute phone interview with a member of the recruitment team. This interview is scheduled via email using a scheduling tool called Greenhouse.

Once the HR phone interview has been completed, our hiring managers decide who they would like to bring on-site for a final interview. Generally, the top 3 – 5 candidates are asked to come on-site for this interview. Again, all scheduling is done via email through our handy scheduling tool.

Upon arriving on-site, interviewees are welcome to park in guest parking. All on-site interview start off in the Protective reception area just to the left of the security desk.

Once all on-site interviews have been completed, the hiring manager will determine who they would like to offer the position to and the offer process will start.
