Onboarding

Our onboarding process is all handled online at the ease and pace of the new hire.

Once an offer letter has been electronically signed, the HR team works to get all of our new hire information into our onboarding system, UltiPro. All new hires will receive two emails upon signing their offer. One email provides instruction on where to go and what to expect on your first day and the other gives you access to fill out all of your onboarding paperwork online prior to your start date. There is no need to bring a bunch of paper forms with you!

All of our new hires sit through a four-hour orientation on their first day and from there, begin their journey as a Protective employee.
