The Claims area provides customer service to those who have been injured at work or been in an auto accident.

Our Contact Center serves on the front lines in order to help our insureds and customers. We take that position seriously. They handle a variety of calls ranging from: reporting a new claim, getting status of a claim and general questions.

The Workers’ Compensation side of Claims works with and provides customer service to employers, medical providers, and injured workers following a work related injury. They investigate claims to determine if the medical conditions arose out of and in the course of employment. They facilitate both income and medical benefits, maintain claim records and work to return injured workers to work. Claims also works closely with attorneys managing litigation and negotiating settlements to resolve claims.

On the Commercial Auto side of claims, the work is related to the damages on a vehicle instead of an injured worker. Their goal is to get the vehicle back on the road where it can produce revenue for the customer.

The Claims Administration team help to process payments, file specific state forms and keep records up to date.
