Matt Klotz: Ability to learn the company from every aspect, experience you get from working throughout the company and building the relationships through the program. Willingness of managers has been amazing, honesty and openness, something they don't have to do but I appreciate they are doing it.
Luis Barreto: Being able to learn so much and exposed to so many different things - when you're only working in one department, you get into a routine. Better understanding that there are different roles and reasons you're doing the work you're doing.
