Baldwin & Lyons Elects a New CEO

The Baldwin & Lyons, Inc. Board of Directors elected Joseph J. DeVito as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. He will replace Gary W. Miller, who has held the title of Chairman and CEO for 13 years.

Mr. DeVito will retain his current duties as President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. He has been employed by the company in various capacities since 1981 and has been a director since 1997.

Mr. Miller, who has been with the company for 45 years, will now act as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors.
